I look at the time of day and think, that just can't be right. The mornings start too soon at 5am and I always feel good if the lights go out by 10pm. I know I just

spoke to a load of my fellow workers and neighbors who are nodding in understanding and agreement. Nuff of that, let's move to the meat of the the matter.

I don't want to bore the audience with mine or Ann's life story, but I do see a proper fit to bring people up to speed and give you a better idea of who we are, where we came from and where we are hoping to take this ride.

My story began in Tucson, Az 1961, the younger sibling of one brother, the product of Herb and Arlene Morris. My father started a motorcycle business (Eastside Cycle) which by reliable sources looked to be the first or second Yamaha dealership in the US in the early 60"s. Ol Herb started a fire in me early on with a passion for motorcycles that burns to this day.

Tucson was a great place to grow up ion the early days but sometimes we can

be a bit oblivious to the fact that there are things out there that can far exceed what we've never experienced. It's like a kid who really loves peanut butter and jelly but has never sunk his teeth into a really good tri tip steak sandwich, ignorance is bliss. My father made a good go with the Yamaha dealership, was able to retire in his late 40's and ended up buying about 35 acres on the east end of Lava Hot Springs, Idaho. My brother and I had virtually no experience living anywhere but Tucson, we had taken trips to other places but Arizona was always our digs. Quite the culture shock coming from a city of around half million at the time to a community of 613 folk.

Again this started a thought process in my young mind and my eyes were opened up to what I knew as good until I had the chance to taste something even better. Just for clarification, not that Tucson was bad, I have many friends and family I still stay in touch with, but after living life in a small town it became apparent to me that the heart the good Lord gifted me with was only going to be at home in a more rural setting. With the friends and adventures we had in Lava, I felt like everyday was like living out in real time in the movie "Th SandLot". (If you haven't seen movie, you need to) That time in my life set things in motion that continue to explain how I arrived at our current destination today.
