How is it possible that with 20 hours of daylight available to us this time of year, I still feel the need to get more squeezed out of the day, my life has plenty of purpose. I would even go so far as to say, purpose is only part of the equation, focus along with prioritization are key players in the mix, better use them wisely, back to the story at hand.
For the audience whos reading out there, you have my word I'll move this story on to more current events, just want to build the foundation of how the Ten Ton Ranch came into being.
Ann was a young thing when we met so the time frame for dating had a fairly mature life span, about 4 years if memory serves correct, good things take time.

Happy 4th of July, still love this country and the people in spite of all the complexities we currently find ourselves in. Speaking of focus, let's tie up a bit more history on the birth of the Ten Ton Ranch.
Again the dating process took a hot minute due to some age limitations, I won't pursue that topic too far at the risk of loosing all respect from people we have rubbed elbows with over the years. So even though we had to exercise some patience for a couple years, I was pretty well cemented into the idea of a lifetime commitment within the first two weeks.. sometimes a fella just knows a good thing when he sees it.
Ann graduated high school in three years, received a full ride scholarship to a tech school and had a job as a systems engineer by the time she was 18... can you say over achiever. I took the mores scenic rout . I was putting the pieces of life together while attending junior college, working nights cooking pizza and driving around in a 1977 Datsun pickup, I think it was the orange pickup that sealed the deal for her. August 11th 1984, I strapped on a white tuxedo, got my best man to drive down to Tucson from Idaho, inthe middle of the heat, put some bad habits to rest( except motorcycles) and agreed to the God given commitment of taking care of Ann to the best of my ability.
